November 22, 2025 marked a historic achievement for the Kappa Mu Chapter as the Kappa Sigma Fraternity initiated its 1,000th Brother, capping off a record-breaking fall semester.
The milestone moment occurred at approximately 9:00 p.m., when Keeton Gray Evans was officially welcomed as Kappa Mu’s 1,000th Brother. The occasion was made even more meaningful by the presence of Lane Miller, the Chapter’s very first initiate, who returned to witness and take part in the historic ceremony.
The celebration did not end there. By the time the chapter concluded its Fall initiation ceremonies, it had added its 1,023rd Brother to the official scroll.
This year’s Fall class has set multiple records for the Chapter, including the largest pledge class in its history and the highest number of initiates. Kappa Mu now boasts 96 active brothers.
Chapter leadership described the milestone as a testament to Kappa Mu’s continued growth, strong brotherhood, and lasting legacy.
